Venue Rental Includes:

  • Tables:

    • 3 - 48" Round

    • 20 - 60" Round

    • 9 - 72" Round

    • 10 - Bar Height

    • 10 - 6' Rectangle

    • 10 - 8' Rectangle

    Chairs:

    • 200 chairs included

    • An additional 200 chairs are available for rent at $2 per chair

    Linens:

    • Black or white linens are provided for all tables listed above.

  • There will be one staff member present all day, and there will be three additional staff members to work the wedding. We will handle trash removal, restock bathrooms, and make sure the event space is kept up to our high standards throughout your event.

  • Setup: We will complete all setup before your rental begins, including any additional items or services provided by us.

    Breakdown: After your rental period ends, we will handle the entire breakdown process, taking care of everything we set up.

  • To make your wedding day as stress-free as possible, our standard package includes two days of service. You'll have Friday and Saturday covered with our standard rental package, giving you plenty of time to enjoy the celebration!

  • Our Friday/Saturday rental package includes the rehearsal dinner in the Grand Hall, with our team taking care of the setup and breakdown. After the dinner, we’ll reset the room to your desired reception layout, restock the bathrooms, and handle all the trash removal.

    Caterers will be responsible for cleaning the kitchen after the rehearsal dinner to ensure it's ready for the wedding day.

We had our daughter’s wedding there this weekend and couldn’t have asked for a better weekend. There are 18 hotel rooms on site (The Tangerine) which allowed the entire wedding party and families to stay on site Friday thru Sunday morning. It has an industrial kitchen for catering companies to have all they need on site and a bar ready to go when needed. The reception area/ball room was absolutely huge and will accommodate very large parties. The venue has a lot of things to add on or rent for your special event such as centerpieces, some floral enhancements, table numbers, vases, large marquis letters, etc which is very helpful! We are thankful we found The Hill and Moor for her special weekend."
