Before you come, it’s helpful to have an idea of your expected guest count…

Here’s Why: Knowing your guest count in advance helps us optimize the layout. Different layouts work better with varying numbers of guests, so this information allows us to create the best possible experience for you.

Please bring anyone you would like to see the venue prior to booking with you to the tour.

Here’s why: The more people you bring, the more creative and unique ideas will emerge.

Just a reminder, we can’t hold dates without a signed contract.

Here’s why: We have tours almost every week, especially during the busy season. You never know if the tour after you has the same dream date. The best way to secure your dream date is to sign the contract.

If you need to postpone or cancel your visit, please give us 24 hours notice.

Here’s why: We sometimes have very limited tour spots open. If you can not make it, there is most likely someone else who could.
